Facilities at Valtair Park
At Valtair Park we are dedicated to helping you unlock the full potential of you and your horse in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our facilities range from day use to long term agistment.
Facilities for Day Use
We cater for a range of arena hire use as our mission is to bring the equestrian community together by creating a supportive and encouraging environment.
Listed below are the facilities we offer to our Day use clients.
- Indoor Arena with imported Geopat surface and no shadow LED lights for night ridding.
- 18 metre round yard with secure fencing & fibre surface.
- Under cover cross-ties with rubber flooring and hot/cold wash bays in a central location.
- Saddle and gear racks for safe tack up.
- Large all weather seating area for arena viewing and relaxing.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Access to fridge, microwave and kettle with complimentary tea/coffee provided.
Facilities for Agistees
All facilities listed in Day Use are also accessible to our agistees.
Large stables with rubber flooring.
Agistee tackroom with air-con, change room and lockable cabinets.
Individual paddocks with electric fencing.
Trail on the property.
Rug storage.
Safe and secure feed room.
Float parking (at cost).
Facilities Coming Soon
We are very excited to be opening our doors at Valtair park, but that doesn't mean we aren't far from making it the horse paradise we are designing. As we are are a family built facility, it all takes time.

- Outdoor 25m x 60m arena, with imported geopat surface.
- Paddocks with walk in shelters.
- Holding/Overnight yards.
